How Potted Plants Can Fit in Your Reception

When I was a wedding planner, a few moons ago, I would walk into some of the reception rooms my brides were considering and I would see the tears well up in their eyes. Stains on walls and ceilings or ugly panels covering electric switches and other items simply don't lend themselves well to wedding decor. There was also the problem for small weddings where the size of the room was going to swallow up the amount of guests in the room.

An easy and very cost-effective solution to all of these issues is the wondrous potted tree. Potted trees and plants, especially the ones with small twinkling white lights are great backdrops, stain covers and space fillers for a wedding. It's also a relatively inexpensive decoration that you can rent from your florist or from tree and plant rental services. These services (and florists) deliver, setup and pick-up the trees as part of the fee.

It's also environmentally friendly to use potted trees. So if you're looking for something to cover an ugly spot, fill some space or add some ambiance to your reception room, rent a potted tree!
