Wedding Candy to Fit Your Theme

Whether you're building a candy buffet for your wedding guests or using it for wedding favors, the kind of candy you can use has almost endless possibilities. Whether it's a color theme or a sentimentality such as "kisses" you can find candy that complements your wedding decor.

Pink is the new black. Pink is a beautiful accent color for weddings. There are dozens of candies that come in pink, which makes it easy to choose a flavor of candy for your wedding. Pink Jordan almonds, pink jelly beans and yummy pink sixlets are just the tip of the iceberg. Offer fun sweet and sour pink lip candy or relive the 80s with pink rock candy sticks.

White wedding day. White is still one of the most popular wedding colors, so why shouldn't your wedding candy fit right in on the popularity contest. Fill beautiful dishes with heart shaped white hearts or serve rock candy sticks with their coffee as a fun sugar substitute.

Serve up some fun. Candy puts a smile on almost everyone's face (except maybe the dentists in the crowd). Arrange a buffet of fun candy such as candy sticks in a variety of flavors--bubble gum, orange and cream, sour apple, butter rum or cotton candy. Fill dishes with sentimental heart shaped chocolate candies and watch the bowls empty as guests enjoy an after dinner treat.

These are but a few ideas of what kind of candy you can use as part of your wedding celebration. The possibilities are almost endless. Think about your favorite candy and why it's your favorite. Think of ways you can incorporate it into your wedding--be it as favors, a candy buffet or in addition to the cake. It'll make your wedding even sweeter.
